Yes, Biden has a polling problem.
The problem is that polling in this country is, generally, predictive of nothing.
@LiberalLibrarian
That doesn't sound right.
Or, at least the implication that Trump has the other 88% of the Georgia youth vote? That sounds waaaaay off. 88%? Seriously?
Maybe young people don't generally love Biden but that many of them do not like Trump.
Too many are apathetic, is the problem from my perspective.
@janallmac No, Biden at 12%, Trump at 25%, and RoidFK at 29%.
@LiberalLibrarian That only adds up to 66% . What are the rest of them going to do, not vote? Actually, that wouldn't surprise me. But it still sounds off to me. Polls, phhbt. Skeptical face. π€¨
@janallmac Undecided/unsure.
I like to consider myself and the folks I know IRL to be generally reasonable...neither I nor them have ever responded to a poll...I've never had *anyone* tell me they've participated in a poll...I think the folks who will actually participate in polling are in and of themselves a sampling error...
which I suppose are the findings of my wildly unscientific poll...
π€
@opie I send any unknown number calling me to Google screening. They 99% of the time hang up.
yup, same... βοΈπ³οΈ
I heard they only poll people with landlines.
I think that says everything we need to know about polls at this point... π
@LiberalLibrarian Polls are meaningless.
@LiberalLibrarian 12%? That sounds like the trump youth support! That poll is skewed
A new UGA/Atlanta Journal Constitution poll shows Pres. Biden with only 12% of the Georgia youth vote.
Of course, another recent poll has him winning that vote nationally by 30 points.
Who's right? They both can't be.
