And the 11th Circuit, which has blown up Cannon before, will be looking at this if she tries any bullshit.

@LiberalLibrarian I think he said 21 court days, so about a month. And that doesn't allow for the defense side. It'll be a pretty long trial.
But yes, Cannon will likely try to delay, and Smith will fight back. It also doesn't help that Cannon has no experience with the natsec issues involved, which will cause actual delays.
