It just pisses me off when people believe shit about CoSo and who Jester used to be rather than just trying us out to see what he is now and what this space is. It's infuriating.

Glad you got back to me. I know who you are, and just by your response, I can see it's bullshit. I've never heard of Jester, it's way above my head. Just you being here reinforced how much I like it here.
@dwalace4 I'm glad you've taken my word. I've been here actively for a year, and have seen NONE of the shit which this site is accused of. Anyone coming in hot with racism or hatred of any kind gets bounced right quick.

@dwalace4 Nope, and not going to be. A lot of Twitter's problems are traceable back to Jack Dorsey. I have no reason to think his new venture will be any different. From what I've read, he's basically just recreating Mastodon. Without vigorous moderation, it'll be more of the same. But I'll keep an open mind and see what happens when it drops.
