in the case of the House [as i'm sure you know] it would mean that we wouldn't change Speakers. that would have gigantic implications for the next two years.
in the case of the Senate, it would mean ... if nothing else ... more federal judges confirmed.
those are just two things out of so many.
@grapho It would mean MUCH more in the case of the Senate. Right now we're in a "power sharing" agreement, because we rely on MVP to break ties. A 51-49 Senate means that goes out the window. @TheNewsOwl
