We have an earthquake alert going off.
Fun.
@LianaBrooks where?
@Susandoyle Korea.
@LianaBrooks 4,7 should be relatively safe there
@Susandoyle Oh, for sure. I live in a tall apartment building and felt nothing. I'm not even sure it was on my side of the province (checks map). It was way south of here.
I did not need the alert.
@Susandoyle Korea leans to Extra Alerts vs Only Alerts You Need. Usually the ones that pop up with no sound are about a missing person or bad AQI. Alarms usually mean North Korea is demanding attention or there's a major flood in the area.
@LianaBrooks we have the alert system here in So Cal but it almost never works LOL
@Susandoyle I was born in SoCal, but I haven't made it back since my grandpa died in the early 2000's. I'd love to go back, I just haven't had reason or opportunity. (and currently there's an ocean in the way)
It's a 4.7.

You can't usually feel a 4 unless you are directly on top of the earthquake and paying attention. The alert is going to wake up more people than a 4.7.
