I always read ACAB as Assigned Criminal At Birth and I don't know if it's what everyone means, but it certainly works in most cases.
@fugitive247 Finding a good cop on an American police force is like finding gold in a Colorado river. Sure, it could happen, but your chances aren't worth the trouble of looking.

Not *all*, but the bad ones sure make life harder on society in general.
