I love everything about this ad except the utter terror I feel when contemplating tacos in Korea. I don't trust anyone here to make a decent horchata.

The taco shop is in Pyeongtaek, which is this regions international city. So it's probably got decent tacos. I'm just very picky about my horchata.

How do you know you're in a foreigner-friendly city in Korea? The signs have more than hangul. In Seoul's tourist areas you see signs in multiple languages, just like at an airport. Once you get out of those tourist areas, it's all Korean.
