I might have an “I was today years old when…”
How do you pronounce “hah”? Like “hat” without the “t”?
My whole life, I’ve read it as the same as “ha,” but this morning I needed the hat without the t. Has it been under my nose this whole time?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
@mcfate Now yer just messing with me…
I don't make the news, I just report it.
@mcfate Ah. The only news source in the world that does that, then. 😊

@LKNWoman (One of the weirder questions I've seen here)
At first glance 'hah' would be the same as 'ha'. But as I think about it more, it would be closer to 'ha(t)'. It's probably your best option, but you'll never know how other readers will hear it in their heads.
@Dashdrum ONE of the weirder questions …? Challenge accepted! I shall not stop until I have achieved weirdest. 😀
@LKNWoman It's an interjection and somewhat onomatopoeic, I think. If your pronunciation of it doesn't raise eyebrows, it's probably fine.

This is how Three-Year-Old says "Huh!"
"Hey, kid, you're getting yogurt all over your shirt."
"Hah!"
