@LnzyHou he doesn't mind it too much, just prefers it not be there. Duke though, he's like that. He will hold it for hours to avoid the rain. I usually end up out there in the rain with him to force him to go. 🙄
My Abby hated rain but loved snow. Born in the Caribbean, she had never seen snow when we moved stateside. Also loved her parka.
Taken years ago when Asheville still got snow.

My Abby could run out the back door & pee in 10 seconds (timed her) then run back in. She hated the rain too.
