We do construction cost estimates regularly and let excel handle the math. Our program gives us quantities in SF or Cu Ft and the estimates are in SY or Cu Yds. Not a problem, we let excel handle that. But with all the math in the background, you end up with small rounding errors. Most reviewers shrug it off. This guy, 😡😡😡😡 rejected, resubmit it.
