I make it in a cast iron pan on the stove and then throw the entire thing into the oven, myself. It makes a bit, and I feel like it'd be sloppy in an air-fryer.

@mcfate @Fiikus_goddess I make just enough to fit the naan, so it's not a mess, but yeah, if you're making any more it would be.

Yeah, my recipe makes more than a pound of the stuff.

@mcfate @Fiikus_goddess essentially what I made, just microwaved to start it gooey and then air fried to finish.
I'm gonna mix it up a bit and make a hybrid version for a fusion dinner.

The recipe is in the thread then if you want to look. But the air fryer for quick pizzas is great when you don't feel like cooking. I use naan, left over rolls, bagels, English muffins.

390 for 4 minutes makes the pepperoni crispy at the edges.

Like 4 minutes comes from checking the air fryer every 30 seconds until it looked good.

A toasted sandwich (toastie)...

butter 2 slices of bread, place butter side down in a toastie maker (or a frying pan) add filling on top, place other slice butter side up. Close toastie maker or wait patiently for cheese to melt & first side to brown in the frying pan. A maker tells you when it's done. In the frying pan you can just flip when you think it's ready, brown other side.

Here's a couple of different machines that speed things up.

A fancy one and a basic one.

The hall kitchen had a really grunty, commercial, single slice thick by 4 or 5 slices wide toastie maker. You had to watch that sucker or you would burn people's toasties. 😂
