Yeah, the rating on buldak is 4000ish, but that's if you make the full bowl of soup diluting the sauce and still feels off. Info I can find online says the sauce packet is actually around 250,000 scoville by itself. 🥵🥵🥵🥵

For the spiciness? The full sauce packet is a bit much, I really have to be in the mood for it, but I've done it before. And I've had other Korean food spicier than Bul Dak as well. Video would just be me eating ramen, red in the face and sweating profusely. Not exactly entertaining. 🤷♀️
