Let's go with fried. Eat it hot, eat it cold. Peel the meat off the bones and make a sammich. Equally good with a side of roasted vegetables, or chunked watermelon, or macaroni salad, pasta salad, potato salad, or a fresh greens 🥗 salad. Or set it on the plate next to a mountain of mashed potatoes, deluged with savory chicken gravy, and a heaping serving of country green beans.
