I’d be cutting those suckers up and making cinnamon-sugar chips! They’re close enough to cookies!

Chip them first, then cinnamon sugar, or topping first then fry

I usually chip first and then dredge in cinnamon-sugar immediately. Or you could try a pre-sugared oven batch. I’ve heard that works, too but I’ve never tried it.
