Just scheduled an inspection in a ritzy building in downtown Philly. Condo units start at 1.2 million. 😱

Instructions from the building management company when I get there involve use the valet and then go to the concierge who will get me to the manager.

I have never used a valet before. 😂

Parking for the orthopedists we use is too far from the front door... On those days I have to go up it's valet... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Or I wait in the car...

@Kurtroedeger @InvaderGzim @ACG2 If you spend any time in LA with a car, you will be forced to use valet parking. I always have to remember to bring cash for tips; it's the only time I use cash.

I've done both of I ask them to park out for easy access of I need to leave in a hurry...
