@MMH one of my past jobs was working for a tech company that did online brand protection aka monitoring and moderation and that broke my brain. I saw so much bad of the internet that trying to come back to trying to connect with folks is a challenge sometimes

I usually start work at like 7 or 8am but I don't have any calls until omg 9am this morning so I'm taking this as an opportunity to drink coffee and be here before starting my day.

I'm here to “meet” and talk to all sorts of people including those that I would have most likely blocked on the bird. I'm trying to get out of my own self created bubble and here is a good place to do that. Hopefully, many of you are here with similar plans. And if not, that's ok too.

@ACID_CASUALTY that's awful. Really sucks that that happened. This is 10000% not the same as your situation but I’ve lost men on my side from cancer, asbestos and most likely from pesticides as they were orchardists and they didn't know the dangers.
