Bluesky seems largely to be a feed of manga and anime images, usually scantily clad, and furry variations thereof.
I don’t get it.
@Kryptos My Bluesky timeline is full of neuroscience and cats - sounds about right. But, I also get a lot of anime.
@CauseEffects Cats own the Internet, of course, so that's always a given. 😉
But the manga/anime art in such volumes is a bit odd.
@Kryptos Depends who you follow. I don't see any of the above at all. I get to see more writing & art content, which is buried into oblivion on the Musk cesspool site.
@Livology I'm not the only one, though. I've seen others commenting on the same thing. I don't follow any manga artists, either. Those posts are all from the Discover feed.
It must be the algorithms. But I'll be damned if I knew why they thingkI'd be interested in that sort of thing.
Nothing against manga/anime per se, but it's just not my thing at all.
@Kryptos It absolutely could be the algorithms. I have noticed very recently I'm seeing less content I want to see & more random stuff from the same people that I don't want to see. I'm not on there much & it's becoming even less.
I don't blame you. It's not my thing either, also no offense to those it is.
@Kryptos I usually peruse the "Discover" tab.
