How to survive university without having a mental breakdown everyday? 🙃

@Kryfast Some tips from the neurodivergent on that.
*Break down classwork to smaller steps, and don't be shy to reward yourself for a job well done.
*Take. Breaks. Seriously, it's so important to keep the ghostnoodle thriving.
*Don't crunch time. Study at a pace that fits you, not pressures you.

@Kryfast While I didn't attend university, I did however attend career college, and I aced classes and class content through the whole thing this way. If you feel like you are under a lot of pressure, talk to your teachers, discuss the content your studying and see if you need help. Sometimes having that help can help bridge the gap in grades that you are looking for. The big thing though, is not to study until you crash. Burnout sucks, and can take YEARS to recover from.

@PaganMother some of my teachers don't care about mental health, they just think we are lazy and that we can't complain because we pay the tuition. 😕

@Kryfast Oof, I'm sorry you have such an unsupportive network in the education field your diving into. :( What of your fellow students? Does any of them offer tutoring or study huddles?

@PaganMother neither. they are very competitive and they think some people don't even deserve to be in the same room as them in terms of intelligence and grades.

@Kryfast Yeesh. Well, there are online study groups that could possibly assist. I don't know which university your attending, but it sounds like they seem to host a pretty toxic environment for anyone with mental health conditions. ;-;

@PaganMother that's true! I might look into that.
Yes it's very toxic environment, it makes me very unmotivated to study and to write academic papers.

@Kryfast Well, least you can do is to give yourself the breaks you need to recoup. I do hope things go smoother for you when you find an online study group to assist.
