Nose: wood, Vanilla, oak
Palate: Fiery fruit, some rum undertones
Finish: lingering honey finish with the smokey tail
amazing scotch. The smell alone is amazing. Do not even need to sip it
@rpardee I squealed in delight when I saw the label. Love the Balvenie double wood, and knew I got a good one for today

House of Malt puts one out every year. usually need to pre-order it in October. Set you back $200 but it is an amazing gift for scotch whisky lovers
@Kinnison I love this one. I had a bottle of Balvenie 16 year triple cask I bought on my way back from Mexico a few years ago. Hell of a splurge but damn it was good.
@Kinnison Ooh yeah--that's my "good stuff", for when my Kirkland brand blended scotch won't do.
