I broke down and bought some peppermint ice cream made locally, from local cows. Comes in REAL half gallons, too.
Had some before bed last night. Oh, it was so good!
Today I got home from errands and opened the fridge.
There was my half gallon of artisanal pepperment ice cream, in the fridge. Not the freezer. The fridge.
Sigh...
Note to self: Do not eat ice cream after 10 pm. I am too tired to properly store it.

It was tossed back into the freezer. Didn't even want to open the container to look. I am holding out hope that it is just mega-soft. Probably not, but a girl can hope - lol!.
