Made another batch of Carolina Reaper hot sauce. Made some substitutions tomato juice instead of tomato paste, ground ghost pepper in exchange for black pepper. First batch is on the right, new batch on the left.

After my wife spent this morning canning diced tomatoes I took a picture of the tomatoes she has left. No dear, that isn't getting carried away.

For some reason we have a bunch of hummingbirds that showed up. Last night I counted 7 at once. I went out to take a video and most flew away. You can hear them chirping in the background asking me to leave.

I was fed up with Fitbit problems and so I bought a Garmin smartwatch. It's only been 2weeks but I really like it so far. I loaded a watchface that has lots of data elements.

Hit and run driver got my daughter and grandson this morning. No one was injured. A local home owner had video for the police. 🤬

We took our dog to the store yesterday for her birthday. This is what she got, plus treats.

Today Izzy is 3. I told her to quit chasing FedEx trucks, terrible 2s are over. 😃

#food the soup came out pretty tasty. Added the kale from the garden. If you grow plants and want something different, plant dinosaur kale. I'm not a vegetarian but this has no meat and it's very filling.
Also you can make additions, zucchini or carrots. If you don't want vegetarian add shredded chicken or smoked sausage.

This is how my wife makes blt. Home grown lettuce, heirloom tomato slices, bacon and a fried egg. Bread has mayo and tomato jam. Cholesterol? Pfft.

My wife planted 3 flowers in this pot with fresh potting soil. Now an elephant ear is growing. It wasn't planted, it's new potting soil so where did it come from? A volunteer plant?
