@KGinKS More recent health information has shown that bad cholesterol in our diet isn't the problem its the cholesterol we make ourselves when stressed. So if you enjoyed and lost some stress eating this masterpiece of comfort food, it likely helped reduce bad cholesterol production just a bit.
