We looked at the DASH diet but never really adhered to it. One of the most useful things I read about the diet was about shopping. If you don't buy it, you won't eat it.
No chips or donuts or other fattening items. Buy fruit and vegetables instead.
@KGinKS Ur exactly right, KG! And i rotate the groceries i buy each week cuz eating the same, albeit healthy, foods can get stale. YES out of sight, out of mind!
