Interesting, I didn't notice the shift at 44! But dang, I did see it when I turned 60!
@Spagesgallo1 that second one is the one that is affecting me more too , I feel like and old man sometimes and I’m just 61.
Me too! I have good days and not such good days. I'm only 63. I also believe that stress plays a huge roll in our aging process.
@Spagesgallo1 I’m 61 years old and I get stressed about everything this last week has been particularly difficult, I feel the effect.

Oh, how I feel you about that! I'm a bit neurotic and that doesn't help either! Hoping that you find some peace within soon! Feeling stressed, on edge and anxious are the worst!
As for what is going on, maybe try and limit your exposure. I know it might be difficult. But at least try. Do something instead that brings you pleasure and makes you happy. 💛
@Spagesgallo1 I tried to stop watching news about politics but I can’t, knowledge is power , the good thing is that we have a nice place with excellent people in #CoSo , we can talk about anything, here we have real conversations!! I don’t understand why people want to go to Blue Sky , if you don’t have a famous name everyone ignores you , that is a plus , here people post a lot of information, real facts , not conspiracy theories, here is an example from Tribel.
The post from Tribel...I tried it when I left Twitter. Didn't last a week. It is a disgusting platform. Loaded with bots, scammers, trolls and men just looking to hookup. Totally creepy! Then I found CoSo...thank goodness for that!
@Jorro I understand. Yes, knowledge is power! I just learned the hard way the 1st time with trump that watching the news only made me fearful and I was having major anxiety attacks. So I don't watch it anymore. But if it works for you that's all that matters. I know what you mean. I don't understand either why people are going to BlueSky or Tribel.I gave up trying to figure that out. They must still be in the Twitter/Facebook mindset. Agreed! CoSo is the only place to be!
