And it appears to be the largely forgotten, misunderstood or unappreciated work of previous generations. While some folks call for the death or erasure of Boomers (gee, thanks), positive historical contributions do matter. I do wish we had been better able to sustain the healthy growth of systems to make voting accessible, encouraged, celebrated, protected & valued.
