Today was a very somber day, as soon as the news broke of our co-worker's passing the whole atmosphere just turned dark and gloomy... Most of us kind of expected this to happen sooner or later given what we know but now that it actually happened nobody wants to believe it.. workload wise it doesn't really change much for me because I did most of it on my own anyways because he was never here, I just need to find or train somebody as my backup, that's if I get the time.. sigh RIP to my boy Stacy

@Jezibaba I may have done the bulk of the load but he had seniority over me, I became the one to rely on because he wasn't reliable and now there's no choice at all, it falls on my shoulders for my shift... We are expanding and adding another location and some of us are going to the new location... I might as well put in to become a coordinator next year...

@duglop how much changes when you become a coordinator?

@Jezibaba well if I ever did bid for it and actually got the position for me I'm a hands on kind of worker I couldn't sit behind a computer or just delegate other people to do it I would probably not change much at all except my paycheck but that's a big IF the opportunity occurred or developed, it would be way down the road
