It's coming up on Annual Review Season. What's a piece of feedback you've gotten in the past that you still remember today, good or bad?
For me it was "When you think an idea is stupid, it's very obvious on your face and that can be off-putting."
Best boss ever:
“When I walk past your office, I want to see you thinking. Not typing emails. Thinking.
I hired you to increase our bottom line. Not answer emails.”
This is why I love this picture of Biden.
@JeffreyMHebert I once got two words: "No complaints."
Followed by the head office calling to explain that it was the highest praise my supervisor had ever given anyone in 20+ years and they were giving me an immediate raise.
@danialexis love this so much, congrats!
@JeffreyMHebert Nothing really comes to mind. But, if you’re okay with it, I’m going to use yours and reword it as one of my individual development goals.
