So the states get to decide their own abortion policies. That must mean that no state can prohibit a woman from traveling to another state to get an abortion. Unless they plan to declare their citizens property of the state.

@Jeber Not without deciding women are property, which is going to cause 13th Amendment issues right quick.
@Jeber Also, there's longstanding (like Founding Fathers-aged) Constitutional precedent that no state can prohibit its residents from traveling to other states.
