Progressives and liberals have to stop being afraid of the right and being too polite to call them out on their bullshit. That just gives them free reign to bully everyone and ruin America. Ultimately they are the cowards. They’re afraid of colored people, they’re afraid of queers, trans, and sexuality in general, they’re afraid people will notice we’re the majority in this country. Conservative evangelicals aren’t the majority and they refuse to compromise.

@Jeber May I offer a small change to that statement, at least from my perspective?
They don't fear coloured people, they don't fear people from the LGBTQ+ community... they hate them. They need someone to hate in order to validate themselves. They have the need to go after "others." And there will always be an other to go after for them, because they need to hate someone.

No, you’re right. Fear and hate feed each other. They also hate and fear education because they feel inferior to educated people, and envy also produces fear and hate.
