I haven’t used Opera in years. Does it have a built-in ad blocker? I know from experience that CoSo doesn’t like ad blockers, even those i didn’t were running in the background unintentionally. I suspect it also has a thing about VPNs.
@Jeber
There is an ad blocker, not on by default, and I've got it off. AFAIK there's no VPN involved.
Getting tired of Chrome grinding my system to a crawl when there's a window open in the background.
@AlphaCentauri
I understand. I only have Chrome installed on a couple of my devices to make working with Google apps easier, but I rarely use it. Check out the Help section, or ask @th3j35t3r directly about the logging in issue.

Not mentioned in the user guide. It's not something J has to address for my sake. I've just installed it and I'm not even sure I'm going to use it.
If you're on Windows I 100% recommend Edge. Yes, I know is Chromium-based - but it's way better than Chrome, especially when it comes to resource management and hogging cycles.
@th3j35t3r I swear chrome has a random memory leak @AlphaCentauri @Jeber
@MrGoat @th3j35t3r @AlphaCentauri
As far as I recall, it has for ages. It’s the one major annoyance the developers have never managed to fix.
@MrGoat @th3j35t3r @AlphaCentauri
It’s Google. I suppose we should be glad they haven’t simply abandoned Chrome by now.
@AlphaCentauri Not quite that simple. @Jeber @th3j35t3r
@Jeber @MrGoat @th3j35t3r
Maybe if Edge is using the Chrome engine and has eliminated the leak, they should copy what microsoft has done.
