Pics from my friend Dan. I was not exaggerating. It hasn’t been this bad since we got hit by the hurricane. This is in town.

@Brisse it’s nasty. I had to go (even more) I’ve hill and Dale to get home because of all the road closures and flooding. It was a scary day

@Minholkin very much so! We are now in the company of our neighbors to the north. The last 2 weeks we have taken an extreme beating.

@JeSsA

looks like a lot of significant damage :(

your property doing ok?

@Minholkin flooded, but thankfully I’m uphill from the river, and at the bottom of the mountain, literally, but a drop off at the far end of my properly helped with the run off, so the highway below is getting the worst of it

@Gambit_1 @Minholkin I’m fucked. This is literally my alternate route to work. My job is in Gill, off of Gill Road. My original route was also closed and washed out. Times are going to be tough

@JeSsA @Minholkin I can’t get past those pictures. And this shit is only going to get worse.

@JeSsA That's horrific! Hope you & yours (and friends) are managing to stay safe!

@BillyBones thank you! My AC went on the fritz from the flooding, but that’s the worst of it so far, with my car. Going to work will take longer because the usual road intake had a sink hole and wash out (dirt road to begin with on 90% of it) and is closed. Going home after I got trapped out and about during the storm was a challenge due to flooding and road closures but I made it. Planning to stick close to home this weekend

@JeSsA Wow. That's crazy. Stay safe out there!

@JeSsA oh… I feel for you… we had this earlier in the year. Stay safe…

@Museek Thank you! I got a few groceries today and a pizza. I’ll be living off those things for the next few days and staying put. Getting home was a challenge and I don’t want to venture out again unless I have to. I went out earlier because I needed to drop my shears off to the sharpener and get chicken feed. Then the worst hit and I retreated to mom’s where I was stuck for hours before making a dash to the feed store and grocery store. After trying to get back I don’t wanna venture out again.

@disk4mat yes, very much do. Yesterday’s storm jacked up the progress they had made in clean up

@publickovacs thank you, it’s been really ugly out this way, between here and our neighbors to the north in VT

@JeSsA

Oh my god. This is devastating. I am so sorry. Glad you are okay. These images tell a story. 💔

@CajunBlueAZ1 it’s been brutal. We had another bad storm yesterday, couple hours long, more flooding. More storms today. I think we are all over this weather at this point
