So...having polished off the last of a bottle of , I can now, in good conscience, open a new bottle of (as I have a number of bottles already opened & in rotation 😁).

I have tried neither of these before; both were gifts.

I *was* thinking of doing a poll, however, odds are Imma just gonna try both 😅

I wonder how many tablespoons it will take of the 2M SHU stuff to *completely* dissolve the lining of my stomach 🤔

Will do once I crack them open...which will happen shortly, probably around or just before I eat dinner 😋

In the meantime, here's the updated labels 😂

Yes, I know: I am literally amusing only myself here, but whatever.

OK, here's the verdicts:

-Old Bay hotsauce was really good...though not all that hot, just a mild bite. Did taste like the best version of Old Bay possible, though. A few drops tasted good; adding a bunch to food was excellent.

-Tabasco Scorpion Sauce was where it is *at* - unlike most Tabasco sauces, not super watery/too much vinegar - just a few drops, and my mouth was pleasantly on-fire, and I could see the slow build from this one going places.

Gotta admit, I went ahead and had some more of that Tabasco Scorpion sauce - just a dab on a spoon - and yeah, it's got some heat to it. Some hang time as well, so...would advise caution for most, unless you're used to dipping your chips into 4M SHU-level stuff.

The Scorpion Sauce is (allegedly) 2M SHU, though not sure I'd go that far; or maybe I just have a higher tolerance? Whatever.
