What I have learned, and what has been reified recently, is that I don't have to respond to everything that pisses me off. I wasn't like that pre-social media. I need to reclaim that level of chill.

That is why I time myself on the socials.. not there everyday, all the time. If it weren't for coso, would be a whole lot less.
