Happy Earth Day.. in my neighborhood in the midwest.. spring is in full bloom.. We cleaned the entrance gardens with volunteers today, picked up the trash, etc.. Gloria Garden is in honor of the first black woman horticulturist at the university here who lived in the neighborhood.. and planted her fave tree.. Cherish the simple beautiful things... there are many.
