Personally, I start my morning off with a probiotic shot. I eat relatively small meals until lunch which is my biggest meal. If I end up staying up late after my light dinner, I eat nuts/berries or a salad. I refuse to go to bed hungry. 🙃🙂 Cheers to being good to ourselves!
