Singapore has eliminated rubella - the leading vaccine-preventable cause of birth defects worldwide. This follows Singapore's elimination of measles in 2018. Seven countries in the WHO's Western Pacific Region have now interrupted endemic transmission of the virus that causes rubella: Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea and Singapore.

@Jay_Radical You know how everyone's profile has "posts", "Posts and replies", and "media" tab? I want a 4th (optional) tab: "Gallery" or "Portfolio".

I post all kinds of memes, gifs, and other things. But I want my artwork/photography to have its own separate section on my profile because the "media" tab displays and mixes my art with EVERYTHING else I've posted lol.

Do that, and #CoSo can probably take on #instagram and #twitter at the SAME time.

I have never understood why lying azz republicans have been hating unions and unions workers for decades, but their members still vote them. The red states’ “right to work” for less laws are for solely union busting. Have you seen red states’ minimum wage rates lately? It’s like seeing the majority of seniors voting for republican liars as they plotted to destroy their Social Security and Medicare. Why?

A 22-year-old suffering from a mental health crisis was shot and killed by police after calling 911 & asking for help. Christian Glass had called 911 after his car was stuck on the side of the road. Glass spoke of "Skinwalkers" and told the 911 dispatcher that they were the light, after talking about a 10-year depression he had just come out of prior. The whole incident at the moment officers arrive are cringe worthy. The family are seeking charges.

The #Twitter I came from was hyper-focused on #politics and primarily bashing the #GOP.

This kind of thing never popped up. I saw it today and found it to be a most delightful distraction. I couldn’t wait to participate.

And that’s the thing, isn’t it? #CoSo isn’t about just ONE thing. I have yet to feel pigeonholed or stuck in any sort of rut. It’s REFRESHING.

I wouldn’t go back to that Hellscape if Elongated Muckraker paid *me*.
