@JayCee How come I feel old, but this may date me as a spring chicken? It was Sting/The Police...and he winked at us because we were screaming so loud (so of course we all got t-shirts after the fact that said that in fuzzy letters... facepalm).
@stories4good My first run in with a rock star was when myself and my sister got turned around looking for a washroom, was going to gaurd the door for her so deep in the bwols of the old Fourm trying out doors, when one open and out stepped David Bowie. Speechless
@JayCee OMG!! I would have been too!!!! What a brush with celebrity. Doesn't count as a rock star, but later, when I was working at the Ocala airport, I'd walked down the hall and (this was nineties) and on the payphone was this little guy in green (like a leprechaun), talking on the payphone and I thought hey, he looks like Paul Newman...it WAS! He'd flown in with Burt Reynolds to golf...so naive (facepalm)!
@stories4good
With all the travels I have done it is always funny I pick the Bowie meeting as my greatest one and I have met the Queen Mother and the Queen
@JayCee ROFLOL - I would say you have your priorities straight 😂
