@BlytheAwesome you're welcome π
In the words of Jerry Springer: "Until next time, take care of yourselves and each other."
My niece had a darling little girl recently so with the wedding knitting done, I had another skein of the same yarn in a perfect colorway for a baby so on Wednesday I started a blanket. Finished that on Saturday and started a bucket hat. Finished that yesterday. #CoSoKnitters #Knitting
Note to my younger self:
Watch your boundaries and protect them like a motherfecker. If you're not ready to set them and stick to them just yet, watch who surrounds you and what type of people they are. Do they have boundaries? Do they respect your privacy? Have you caught them in lies? What are they really worth to you? What are you worth?
Love yourself first and the rest will fall into place. And always ALWAYS trust your gut!
Love,
Me

@BlytheAwesome good morning and best wishes on your new job!
@thewebrecluse sending strength and healing vibes your way πππ and good morning!
@Oma_Trisha oh wow! That sounds awesome! Definitely sounds like you know what you want and what you're doing for sure! I just wish I was half as good at editing. π
@ianthealy I've also heard that said once or twice ...
@Oma_Trisha I tried to find it, and I guess I must have deleted it, but was a short book by Matthew Rudneski (but I might have the spelling wrong)...
I will do some more digging on it today.
But as far as self publishing with no idea on how to do that, I'm right there with ya. They say to find someone you can trust with your work to edit the grammar, spelling and perhaps formatting, and if you can do your own illustrations & covers all the better, but if not, you'll have to find others to help with that also.
I did read up that apparently you can self publish through a subsection of Amazon if you sign up for membership as a "Seller". I'll have to dig that book back up, but I do have it saved on my phone somewhere
@ianthealy ... it begs the question: did they do it for The Great Cornholio? Or is The Great Cornholio behind this? π€ π€£π€£π€£
I write when I can find time. Will be posting on CoSo & my fb page here >>> https://www.facebook.com/JackieSparxWild/
