Wouldn’t it be great if Santos went to the clink for defrauding the Veteran who lost his Service Dog.

@VelvetDuchess It is unfortunate that in the case of the veteran's service dog that would be a tort liability case, but there would be no criminal action that would result in jail time.
It would only be fraudulent use of funds that would be at issue criminally.
Which sucks, because it should be the dog,
