Fantasy vs Reality.
Fantasy, Sendgrid's emergency response according to their SLA is 24-48 hours, so when your email service is shut off due to abnormal activity before business hours Monday, we should be back up no later than Wednesday.
Reality, Site is still inoperable day 5 because the CS team rubber stamps a response in the ticket, and doesnt fully read the information provided, demanding more of the same thing without actually fixing anything. 😡 #worktoot
