People call me on a daily basis to “offer to buy my house “ are always disappointed when I tell them that I rent.
Technically that’s what a mortgage is right? 🤷🏻♂️

If I for some reason even answer my phone, my stock answer is always "yeah lets do this! bring 600 thousand in cash and I will hand you the title...this offer expires in 12 hours". Usually they hang up.
