@mcfate the bad part likely improves their success rate in that those who fail to see how ridiculous the premise is are exactly the ones that will fall for it.

It seems to me that it can't take a LOT of brains to wonder how the Post Office DOESN'T have your address but DOES have your mobile number.
I submit that their success rate here is probably pretty minimal.
