It's not a case of trickle-down, as anyone who ever took a basic biology class would know (which no Republican appears to have done). It's really draw-up that creates growth. Plants draw up nutrients and water from the soil. Lots of nutrients for the top 1% of leaves don't make a tree strong; good water and soil at the 99% base are key. Draw-up economics are what really work.
