A starry night sky, the intricacy of a spider web, music so beautiful it can transport you, the power of ocean waves, spring blooms in the desert, etc. There is so much in life to inspire awe, whether or not a person has religious or spiritual beliefs.

I have attached a simplistic "bingo card" that I have actually used with patients who are depressed or anxious. Kind of a "health guide" reminder to hydrate, move, eat, bath, let the sun hit your face, have human contact. Posting it in the name of self care Sunday.
When everything is hard to accomplish, even the little things can be huge.
