I have attached a simplistic "bingo card" that I have actually used with patients who are depressed or anxious. Kind of a "health guide" reminder to hydrate, move, eat, bath, let the sun hit your face, have human contact. Posting it in the name of self care Sunday.
When everything is hard to accomplish, even the little things can be huge.

Surprisingly so. Simplistic. But when everything is a chore, simplistic is key.
