Flory and ACG have the roasting recipes; usually I put โem in a salad with walnuts, goat or feta cheese, fresh mint, balsamic vinaigrette or reduction. Or fresh pickle as I did yesterday โ peel and slice, heat your brine to a boil, then immerse. Let cool, eat. Snap! Yum. ๐
