Incidentally, my health insurance co. is Regence Blue Shield. Usually it's pretty good, but it's still an insurance co. & still prone to doing anything it possibly can to save $$$ by fucking over patients.
My gastro said about 2-3 years ago all the insurance companies started denying coverage for the same meds. Even his wife is going through this nightmare.
Pretty clear the companies colluded gas station style - to keep customers from jumping ship to other insurance companies.
