I have to put in a service call on my home warranty for a minor plumbing issue & I'm reading the reviews for the plumbing service the warranty co. uses. They get about 3 stars on Google review, & reviewers either gush about how great they are, or hate them completely. There isn't any in-between.

I'm not sure what to make of that. People seem either blown away by how great the service is, or how awful it is. I have yet to see a review that's middle of the road: "This was great, this needed work, but overall the issue was fixed & it was fine."
