I still haven't entirely decided if I'm going to quit the Bird Site or try to stick around & be a fucking smartass commie pinko & bang against it even as the ship sinks.
What would keep me there is a) the friends I've made along the way, b) staying & fighting the crap, c) Sunk Cost Fallacy.
There's something sad about it falling, even though I make smartass remarks about it.
@Impious_Jade yep, I'm in that same dilemma. Decided to take a break from it for a while & see how it goes.
@rpardee Yeah for now I've logged out of my accounts & left notes in my header for how ppl can find me. I'll stay logged out until 12/31, & then deactivate on 1/1.
I'm inclined to quit entirely, mostly because a) the place is a hellscape, & was even before Entropy Mustache was in charge; and b) it's no good for my mental health.
