After wildfires burned up a good chunk of eastern Washington state, Dickless refused to provide any disaster relief money because he was mad at Governor Jay Inslee.

Inslee, and the affected people in Washington, had to wait four months for Biden to take office before anything was done.

Just reading a bit of news, and I reckon it might be time to re-up Robert Paxton's definition of fascism which is widely accepted as the best in academic circles:
